This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Retail Parts Clerk Position OverviewThe Retail Parts Clerk is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting technicians with accurate parts ordering, and receiving all incoming freight. Each clerk has specific assigned duties and plays a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient parts department. Retail Parts Clerk Key ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly and respectful service to all customers Accurately perform daily responsibilities in a timely manner Assist technicians by researching and ordering parts thoroughly and correctly Receive and process incoming parts freight Notify the Parts Supervisor of any issues as they arise Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor Retail Parts Clerk ScheduleMonday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Includes a 1-hour meal breakPossibleSaturday (rotating, if reopened):9:00 AM to 1:00 PM No meal break No SundaysRetail Parts Clerk Pay Structure$17.00 - $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and proven work ethic Pay frequency: Bi-weekly Retail Parts Clerk Benefits (At 90 Days)401(k) 5 days paid vacation 4 paid personal days per year Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Why Join Us as Retail Parts Clerk?This is a stable, full-time position offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a consistent weekday schedule.
