Job DescriptionPosition Title: Project Manager - Structural Steel ErectionCompensation: Competitive salary + bonus + benefitsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel erection projects from project kickoff through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing project schedules and budgets, and working closely with general contractors, superintendents, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.The ideal candidate will have experience managing structural steel erection scopes, including coordination with fabrication shops, field crews, and subcontractors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage structural steel erection projects from contract award through closeoutCoordinate with general contractors, fabrication teams, and field superintendentsDevelop and maintain project schedules and track progress in the fieldManage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecastingReview project drawings, specifications, and erection plansOversee RFIs, submittals, and change order processesCoordinate crane schedules, equipment needs, and manpower planningConduct jobsite visits and maintain communication with field crewsEnsure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule expectationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partnersQualifications5+ years of experience managing structural steel erection or related construction projectsStrong understanding of structural steel drawings and erection sequencingExperience coordinating with fabrication shops and field installation teamsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required)BenefitsCompetitive salaryPerformance bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid Time OffCompany vehicle or allowanceOpportunities for long-term career growthSend resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
