* _High School Diploma or equivalent._
* _*1–3 years of maintenance, industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or shop experience preferred*__._
* _Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and positive attitude._
* _Willingness to learn new skills and complete required training._
* _*Basic knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.*_
* _*Forklift or crane experience preferred*__._
* _Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions._
* _Physically capable of working in a demanding shop/oilfield environment._
* _Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed._
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
