About HUDHUD is building infrastructure to create RL training data and evals for frontier AI agents, as well as a marketplace to sell these to frontier labs through the HUD marketplace. Our platform is used by frontier labs, Fortune 500 companies, and startups. We’ve raised $15M from top VCs and were YC W25.About The RoleWe’re hiring a recruiter to hire strong engineers and GTM leaders so we can keep up with our rapid growth. That said, our bar is high because we believe HUD will only be 30-40 people in an end state - our marketplace model means scaling revenue does not rely on scaling headcount. Your challenge is to identify and sign these exceptional talent.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end recruiting across technical and GTM rolesBuild and optimize recruiting ops and tooling, automating workflows whenever possiblePartner closely with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processesDevelop a strong understanding of our product to effectively pitch technical candidatesSource top candidates through high-signal and unconventional channelsScreen candidates for both technical competence and product/market intuitionSupport onboarding and new hire rampHelp define and run performance review processes, leveling, and feedback systemsYou May Be a Good Fit If YouHave experience hiring engineering, product, and GTM rolesAre comfortable evaluating candidates via portfolios and projects, not just resumesCan understand and communicate technical concepts well enough to engage credibly with candidatesAre highly organized and can manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneouslyHave strong instincts for talent quality and bar-settingHave startup experience in early-stage technology companies with ability to work independently in fast-paced environmentsStrong Candidates May Also HaveA track record of sourcing creativelyFamiliarity with Ashby, Juicebox, and ClayExperience with vibe coding and using AI to automate workflowsExposure to or ownership of people/HR functionsExperience evaluating non-traditional candidate profilesWe prioritize technical aptitude and learning potential over years of experience. We’re scaling profitably and quickly to meet very strong demand.LogisticsEmployment : Full-time preferred, open to fractional for exceptional candidates.Location : On-site in the San Francisco Bay Area.Visa Sponsorship : We provide support for relocation and visas for strong full-time candidates to the US.Timeline : Applications are rolling.
