Credentialing Coordinator

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Credentials Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care/hospital setting and familiarity with Joint Commission standards. CPCS/CPMSM regulatory experience is required.Location: Los Angeles, CA 90033 (Onsite)Pay Rate: $60.00 per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)Shift Options: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMSetting: 100% OnsiteKey Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end credentialing and privileging process for medical staff.Ensure all provider files are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal bylaws.Maintain strict adherence to Joint Commission (TJC) standards and state/federal regulations.Coordinate with department chairs and hospital leadership to facilitate the peer review and appointment process.Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits and surveys.Required Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in an acute care/hospital setting and familiar with Joint commission standards. CPCS/CPMSM RegulatoryProven familiarity and working knowledge of Joint Commission standards.Technical Skills: Proficiency in credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with physicians and executives.Preferred Qualifications:Certification: CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) or CPMSM (Certified Professional Medical Services Management) is highly preferred but not required.
