Licensed Electrical Engineer

LTM Engineering Group, LLC is in need of an experienced licensed electrical engineer with the following skills: · Electrical design for residential condominium buildings · Electrical restoration and code compliance · Project management · 25+ year recertification processes and protocols Projects include electrical compliance for: · Low and Hi-rise residential condominiums · Low and Hi-rise commercial buildings · Bringing buildings up to code · Electrical as it relates to building mechanicals (generators, air handlers, cooling towers, boilers, etc.) · Expansive knowledge in building electrical designs Skills: · Multiple languages are a plus · Software knowledge: Microsoft Excel, ppt, word, AutoCAD, and other. · The individual must be trustworthy with a strong work ethic LTM is a mid-sized and quickly growing engineering firm with a devotion to customer service and teamwork. We are looking for like minded individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent writing skills and an attention to detail. Candidates should be proficient in site supervision, reporting, budgeting, timelines and updates. Must possess the ability to lead construction meetings and be proactive to anticipate delays to the timeline or increases in the budget.
