Lead Teacher

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. Duties: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide a safe and stimulating learning environment - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques - Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and progress of each child - Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development - Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administrators - Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and trends Skills: - Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices - Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children - Familiarity with daycare or childcare settings - Ability to manage classroom dynamics and create a positive learning environment - Excellent behavior management skills - Understanding of special education needs in early childhood - Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues - Patience, empathy, and a nurturing personality Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred) - Ability to pass a background check If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we invite you to apply for the position of Preschool Teacher.
