Role SummaryThe Director of Sales is responsible for driving profitable growth across assigned national customers for Nature's Bakery. This individual contributor owns customer strategy, senior buyer relationships, and commercial execution to deliver revenue, share, and earnings objectives.This role serves as the primary commercial leader for assigned national accounts and translates brand and enterprise strategies into effective customer growth plans.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver annual and long-term targets for Net Sales, Earnings, Share, and DistributionDevelop and execute customer growth strategies aligned to brand and enterprise prioritiesOwn customer relationship and lead Joint Business PlanningDrive performance across key commercial levers including distribution, pricing, assortment, shelving, and merchandisingUse insights and data to optimize plans and accelerate growthIf applicable,Lead broker partners to ensure aligned priorities and execution standardsCoordinate cross-functional partners to deliver integrated customer plansRepresent customer needs in internal planning, forecasting, and performance discussionsQualifications8+ years of progressive experience across sales, revenue growth, or customer strategy roles, preferably within CPGDemonstrated success managing large national retail accountsProven ability to develop and execute customer growth strategiesStrong financial, analytical, and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to operate independently in complex customer environmentsThe Good Stuff – BenefitsOur team members' physical and mental health is important to a thriving workplace.
