Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to assist in a multi-faceted legal practice, which may include work in Family Law cases, Personal Injury or Civil Litigation. This Paralegal will be capable of handling litigation matters from intake through post-judgment activities and will provide other overall support to attorneys. At least two years experience is required. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered. Compensation depends on experience. Responsibilities: Conduct research to support legal proceedings, drafting and reviewing of legal documents, investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes, monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, meeting deadlines and maintaining a calendar, record and store client information, discovery, etc. Qualifications: Minimum one year experience as a lead paralegal, familiarity with Microsoft Office, familiarity with legal research, rules and regulations, ability to prioritize and multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, deadline and detail-oriented.
