SUMMARYThis role is designed for someone with business development experience to learn the specifics of the commercial real estate industry and ultimately transition to a full time, commissioned Commercial Real Estate Advisor (some companies call them real estate agents or brokers)--Prescott IOS (Industrial Outdoor Storage) is building the most dominant IOS brokerage in the Northeast. We represent large operating industrial businesses who need to grow but cannot find the real estate they need, and property owners of this type of real estate that need help renting or selling it.We are fixing this problem by providing these business and property owners the tools they need that have not yet existed. You will learn industrial real estate fundamentals, outbound prospecting, client management, all with the purpose to become a successful CRE Advisor at Prescott IOS throughout the northeast and around the country.We aim to promote only from within.
