ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Client Service 1. Consistently promote and model the Firm's Client Service Principles in teamwork, work product, and personal interaction. 2. Ensure exemplary client service to all internal and external clients; proactively promote client service throughout department and among teams; respond to peer requests with recognition that request serves a client or Firm need. Client Systems Maintenance 1. Processes New Business Memo data for all Clients/Matters, including type of law/industry codes, addresses, billing and responsible data, bill formats, task codes, applicable tax codes, payor setups, and contacts. 2. Maintains Timekeeper/Client/Matter data in the accounting system. 3. Evaluate and analyze the Master Files data from manual and automated processes and procedures to provide other teams of the various ad hoc data requests. 4. Works closely with the New Business Department and Conflicts to ensure system continuity and risk management protocols are followed properly. QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience 1. Excel and Microsoft Word experience required. 2. Strong attention to detail required. 3. Good investigative skills; ability to solve routine problems. 4. Client service background required. 5. Elite 3E accounting software knowledge preferred. Teamwork and Applied Skills 1. Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively. 2. Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive, detailed data. 3. Ability to perceive and analyze problems and to develop responsive solutions. 4. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent proofreading skills. 5. Talent for delivering client service through teamwork. 6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective internal and external client relationships. 7. Strong technical aptitude and understanding, including ability to quickly learn new applications. 8. Ability to apply effective independent judgment. 9. Initiative to ensure consistent quality and continuous improvement. 10. Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize work, and work within competing deadlines. 11. Available to work overtime as needed. 12. Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. 13. Ability to deliver responsive client service within and across multiple teams.
