Job Description Experienced Paralegal for Personal Injury PracticePosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal with significant experience in Personal Injury law to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys and staff, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of Personal Injury cases—from initial intake through filing. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paralegal looking to contribute to a client-focused, fast-paced legal environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review Personal Injury claims, schedules, pip logs, statements, and related filingsMaintain and manage case files, deadlines, and communication logsCommunicate with clients regularly regarding case progress, document needs, and court communicationsDraft and prepare discovery, motions, and legal notices.Liaise with court staff, attorneys, mediators, providersSupport attorneys in preparing for hearings and court appearancesMaintain compliance with local, state, and federal Personal Injury rules and proceduresQualifications2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury paralegal, with direct experience handling prelitigation matters up to and including filing of complaints.Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple cases and priorities under deadlinesComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systemsCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
