Kitchen Porter

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter at F1 - Murry's.Location: FI (Sapphire House, Churchill Way, Biggin Hill, Westerham TN16 3BN)Rate of pay: 12.00 per hour Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday, working 5 day. Unsociable hours may be required based on the race schedule and location, including evenings, weekends, or bank holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain Cleanliness: Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitised to high standards.Support Food Preparation: Assist chefs with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.Manage Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of kitchen waste and manage recycling and waste bins efficiently.Stock Management: Help with unloading deliveries, organising storerooms, and monitoring stock levels.Adhere to Health & Safety Standards: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.What's in it for you?Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
