Physical Therapist (PT)Make a meaningful impact in patients' lives every dayWhat You'll DoAs a Physical Therapist, you'll play a key role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. In this role, you will:Evaluate patients within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of referralDevelop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physiciansProvide hands-on therapy in alignment with approved care plansMonitor and document patient progress, updating plans as neededEducate patients, families, and caregivers for successful recovery and dischargeAssist with discharge planning and recommend appropriate equipment (e.g., walkers, braces)Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated careSupervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, and studentsParticipate in care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff trainingWhat We're Looking ForLicensed Physical Therapist in good standing with the stateBachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate (DPT) preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsComfortable using electronic medical records (e.g., Casamba, PointClickCare)Ability to solve problems, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentWhy You'll Love This RoleOpportunity to make a real difference in patient recoveryCollaborative, supportive healthcare teamOngoing learning and professional developmentVariety in daily work and patient interactionsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
