What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and import vehicles Perform high-quality inspections and accurately identify customer concerns and vehicle needs Use scan tools, specialty tools, testing equipment, and service information systems effectively Communicate findings clearly with the service team to support accurate recommendations and strong customer communication Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional shop environment Follow shop processes and procedures that support consistency, quality, and safety Work as part of a team that values professionalism, accountability, and shared success What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic ability and confidence working through complex issues Experience with all makes and models A technician who takes pride in doing quality work, not just getting the car out the door Someone who values honesty, transparency, and open communication A professional who can work well with a team and contribute to a healthy shop culture A technician who wants to keep learning, improving, and raising their standard Valid driver’s license Who Will Do Well Here This role is a strong fit for a technician who: Wants a stable, professional work environment Is tired of chaos, poor communication, and low standards Wants to be part of a shop that values skill, character, and consistency Understands that great shops are built by great people working together Wants to grow with a company that is serious about quality Who This Is Not For This is not the right fit for someone looking to coast, cut corners, create drama, or blame everyone else when things get hard.
