Licensed Journeyman Plumber (Residential)

Looking for a licensed Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber, where your expertise will shine in a variety of construction and maintenance projects! You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings. Your hands-on experience and mechanical knowledge will be essential. Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks such as pipe threading and welding.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.
Perform heavy lifting as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent field service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in remodeling projects by integrating plumbing solutions into design plans.
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential plumbing with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
Experience in carpentry is beneficial for integrated project work.
Valid driving license.
Valid TSBPE license.
Previous maintenance person experience is an asset.
