Business Intelligence Analyst

BDR is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our growing team! This position will be performed onsite in Washington DC or Reston, VA working on EST time schedule. This position requires US Citizenship with an active Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility. (Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply) Role Overview BDR is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our growing team! This position will provide research, development, enhancement, and sustainment support to modernize defense intelligence collection platforms by evaluating, optimizing, and integrating current and future efforts, identifying critical gaps and requirements, applying new and advanced methods, and advancing enterprise governance. Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or other related discipline TS/SCI clearance 10+ years demonstrated experience developing business intelligence visualization products such as dashboards and data object models utilizing various analytic tools 10+ years demonstrated experience analyzing and identifying trends and errors and writing review reports 10+ years of demonstrated experience supporting governance functions, planning, application reviews, documentation, preparation, and maintenance of IT-related correspondence, surveys, information updates, policy/directive reviews, and release management 10+ years of experience working with internal/external stakeholders to gather requirements, creating associated documentation, and work with developers to estimate and build solutions Demonstrated knowledge of Risk Management Framework, Process and Lifecycle Utility Service, XACT, and Microsoft Enterprise Project Management Excellent written and oral communication skills. Desired Skills and Qualifications 10+ years working in an intelligence agency environment Knowledgeable of and familiar with Intelligence Community and DoD classification guidelines, procedures, and security and data protocols Ability to use logic and structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines Ability to produce, timely, insightful, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessment, studies, and briefing materials in various formats Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $125,000.00 per year Education: Master's (Required) Ability to Commute: Washington, DC (Required) Ability to Relocate: Washington, DC: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
