We pride ourselves in being one of the #1 healthcare staffing companies in the nation.For years, Soliant has invested in opportunities that close the gap between the number of healthcare professionals in the field and the increasing number of patients requiring care, because of that, we are looking to hire a Sales Recruiter for our Education team.What we do: we contract with school districts across the nation to assist with their internal staffing needs and we directly work to recruit education professionals for interim contract assignments.What you will do:Make sales calls on existing and prospective clients and candidatesGenerate and maintain relationships with new clientsCommunicate with clients to fully understand their employment needs to sell our contract servicesBuild relationships with education professionals and manage their work assignmentsOwn the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to placement by helping to manage the recruiting processFollow up and maintain communication before, during, and after the selection processWhat we look for:Must be comfortable making cold calls in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environmentExcellent relationship-building skillsCompetitive and driven to succeedResponsibilities to prioritize and organize multiple projectsEnjoy a collaborative environmentOther details:This is an on-site position.
