Some Infrastructure experience. 70% Application & 30% InfrastructureMust have Experience with Oral / Defensive of solutions you are providingMust have Experience with Bid's / Defense of Bids purposingSkills Requirement:Work as transition solution architect and transition director for application outsourcing as well integrated outsourcing (Apps + Infra + BPO) pursuits and engagementsBuilding / Reviewing customized and detailed transition solutions, ramp-up and pricing for large and complex RFPsParticipate in Solution walkthrough and defense during bid cyclesPlan and conduct due diligence at client locations to validate assumptions and refine the transition solution and pricingExecution of large-scale service transitionsProvide ideas and guidance on enhancing HCL's existing Transition frameworkProvide ideas and guidance on tools and automation initiatives as part of the Transition CoEUnderstanding and hands‐on experience of managed services solutioning in transitionUnderstanding of customer requirements, outsourcing objectives and ability to evaluate the constraints which might impact the transition solutionCollaborate with multiple teams (Sales, Delivery, presales, HR Transition, process, network and connectivity etc.) to craft a robust and comprehensive transition solutionClient facing experience to defend and walkthrough developed solutionsStrong program management, stakeholder management and project planning skillsProvide leadership and oversight to highly matrixed teamsBe responsible for implementation of all aspects of a transition program/project - from initiation through closureDirect and manage the transition program/project to achieve scope, schedule and costIdentify and manage dependencies and impacts among programs across the service transitionWork with vendors, business, and technology subject matter experts to define scope, create KT effort estimates, develop project plansHands‐on with Transition Project Planning, Risk and Issue Management and Quality AssuranceDirect transition program/project activities, conduct reviews, manage risks and change control processes, and communicate status to senior executives within the development and business partner organizations20+ years of experience in the IT industry including 10+ years of experience in implementing service transition and due diligence for application services outsourcing as a transition manager / transition director/ delivery lead10+ years of experience in responding to RFP's (creating transition solutions for application outsourcing services preferred) and participating in bid defenseGood analytical and communication skillsGood negotiating skills and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to manage large projects and prioritize activities appropriatelyAvailable to travel over 80 to 90%Desired Qualification:B.E./ B. Tech., M.E./ M. Tech.
