Job Description Senior Program ManagerPay Range: $55/hour to $67/hour The Senior Program Manager - Commercial / GTM Integration is responsible for leading customer-facing integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transformation initiatives. This role operates within an Integration Management Office (IMO) structure and drives execution across Commercial, Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Communications, and related business functions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience leading complex, cross-functional commercial or GTM integration programs in fast-paced environments, with the ability to drive execution, manage stakeholders, and support customer continuity throughout integration activities. ResponsibilitiesLead commercial and GTM integration activities across Day 1 and post-close milestonesCoordinate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technology teamsManage integration risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation pathsSupport customer continuity and minimize disruption during integration activitiesFacilitate integration meetings, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessionsSupport IMO governance, reporting, milestone tracking, and executive updatesDrive alignment to future-state operating models and long-term business objectivesMaintain integration dashboards, RAID logs, and status reportingQualifications8-10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, integration management, or strategic initiativesDirect experience supporting M&A integrations, commercial transformation, or GTM initiativesExperience managing large, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environmentsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skillsExperience within an IMO structure preferredAbility to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex integrationsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredPreferred ExperienceCommercial operations, sales operations, customer experience, or GTM transformation experienceExperience supporting customer-facing integrations or operating model transitionsTelecommunications, infrastructure, or technology industry experience preferred Please view our Privacy Policy.
