Location: Austin, TX Compensation: Up to $130,000 annually Shift: Full-time, Evenings, No Weekends About the Role We are seeking an Emergency Services Manager RN for evening shifts to join our team and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You will oversee daily operations and staffing, monitor nursing care for compliance with policies and procedures, and provide leadership to support our facilitys objectives and enhance patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and quality outcomes. Support initiatives to reduce clinical practice variation and enhance efficiency. Ensure adherence to standards of care and regulatory compliance. Manage admissions and discharge processes for efficient patient throughput. Facilitate interdisciplinary care coordination within and across departments. Lead initiatives to provide an exceptional patient experience and improve customer satisfaction. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Identify development opportunities for staff and provide necessary training. Additional Information Manage a team of 60 FTEs. Eligible for relocation assistance. Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 60 days of employment. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Recent ER leadership experience required.
