Resource Specialist Program (RSP) Teacher - Mild/Moderate Education Specialist

Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Spindle is partnering with a school district to hire an RSP Teacher – Mild/Moderate Education Specialist for next school year.Key Responsibilities:Deliver targeted instruction in the resource specialist setting to students with mild to moderate support needsProvide consultation and co-teaching support to general education teachers within inclusive classroomsDevelop, implement, and monitor IEPs with measurable annual goals and benchmarksServe as case manager for a caseload of students, coordinating services and communicating with familiesTrack and document student progress toward IEP goals and California grade-level standardsQualifications:California Education Specialist Credential – Mild/Moderate Support NeedsPrior RSP or resource room teaching experience preferredExcellent case management, communication, and collaboration skillsPay & Benefits:Competitive hourly rateWeekly W-2 pay + full benefits (medical, dental, vision)Please apply to discuss more details about this RSP Teacher – Mild/Moderate Education Specialist opportunity!Compensation for this position ranges from $35.34 to $50.34.
