Looking for Hospice/Medical Social Worker in Albany, OR.
Job Description: Oregon LMSW (Masters-level Social Worker) or CSWA (Clinical Social Work Associate) licensure required upon submission.
Healthcare Provider Level American Heart Association BLS required upon submission.
Must be able to pass Criminal Records Check upon hire and every three (3) years thereafter.
Pay rate: $60-$62/Hr W2
