Software Engineer - Operations Systems & AI Automation Location:Connecticut (On-Site) Compensation:$120,000 - $140,000 About the Opportunity A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and enhance the systems that support operations, inventory, logistics, maintenance, reporting, and business analytics.This individual will work directly with operational leaders to streamline processes, replace manual workflows, and develop scalable software solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making across the business.This is an opportunity to own projects from concept through deployment while leveraging automation and AI technologies to solve real-world operational challenges.
