This organization supports a large, diverse workforce and is focused on fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.Job Description:Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced HR professional to support leaders across a fast-paced healthcare environment. This individual will act as a strategic advisor on employee relations, leadership coaching, workforce planning, organizational development, and HR compliance initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and department leaders on employee matters and workplace best practicesSupport employee engagement initiatives and help drive a positive team environmentProvide guidance on performance concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolutionAssist with workplace investigations and sensitive employee situationsPartner with cross-functional teams to support business and operational goalsReview trends and provide recommendations related to retention, morale, and team effectivenessContribute to ongoing process improvements and HR initiativesQualifications:5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or employee relations capacityStrong employee relations and performance management backgroundKnowledge of employment laws including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, and Title VIIBachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferredHealthcare industry experience is required Perks:Collaborative and mission-driven cultureOpportunity to influence leadership and organizational strategyStrong focus on employee development and internal growthHybrid flexibility after onboardingAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
