Finance Assistant

DescriptionPosition purpose:The Finance Assistant receives each deal to ensure that all necessary documentation is included. The deal is then broken down and processed.Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:Takes notes frequently & accurately.Inputs deal information into the computer.Prints state and insurance paperwork.Ensures customer signs all paperwork.Collects money from customer if applicable.Escorts customers to waiting area.Prepares and forwards contract to Finance & Insurance Manager for appropriate signatures.After deal is bought by a financial institution, the deal is returned for proper processing.Processes paperwork to be forward to Title Clerk.Processes paperwork to be forward to Billing.Makes copies of paperwork and distributes to the proper individual(s).Prepares and processes all bank papers to be sent Airborne Express.Forwards deals to General Sales Manager for review.Makes follow-up calls to banks to verify when funding can be expected based on the CIT list.Obtains information required to complete funding process, if necessary.Prepares documentation to report amount of cars sold.Benefits:Health insurance with choice of medical plans starting at $84.50/monthDental and vision insuranceLife, STD, LTD, Hospital Indemnity, Accident, and Critical Illness insurance401(k) retirement investment plan with company matchAccrued paid time offEmployee Vehicle Purchase ProgramParts and service discountsProfessional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities
