Apply via Dice today!We are seeking a Senior ETL Engineer with strong healthcare domain experience to design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines on AWS. This role focuses on processing healthcare claims data and ensuring secure, reliable, and high-quality data delivery for analytics and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, PySpark, and SQLProcess and validate healthcare claims data (EDI 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277)Build and optimize data models in Amazon Redshift, Athena, and S3Orchestrate workflows using Airflow (MWAA) and related AWS servicesEnsure data quality, governance, and HIPAA complianceCollaborate with analytics, product, and compliance teamsRequired Skills & Experience:Strong experience in ETL/data engineering and SQLHands-on experience with AWS (Glue, Redshift, Athena, S3)Healthcare data experience, especially claims and EDI transactionsProficiency in Python/PySparkKnowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data standardsNice to Have:dbt, Iceberg, or streaming tools (Kinesis/Kafka)AWS certificationHL7/FHIR experience
