Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Non-Profit Vice President to join our leadership team. The Vice President will work closely with the executive team to drive mission-driven initiatives, foster community engagement, and ensure sustainable development. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about making a meaningful impact while demonstrating strong management and business development skills.Compensation:- Monthly Performance-Based Bonuses- Grant Reception for Business Start-Ups- 25% Fundraising CommissionDutiesProvide strategic direction and leadership to advance the organization’s mission and goals.Oversee organizational operations, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.Develop and implement business development strategies to expand community outreach and partnerships.Lead efforts in project management, process improvement, and program development to enhance organizational efficiency.Supervise senior staff and oversee departmental functions, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Manage profit & loss responsibilities, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.Drive sales initiatives related to fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and revenue-generating activities.Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including donors, community partners, and board members.Monitor organizational performance metrics and prepare reports for the board of directors.ExperienceProven management experience with a strong background in strategic planning and leadership within non-profit or related sectors.Demonstrated success in supervising teams, business development, and project management.Extensive experience in profit & loss management, sales strategies, and process improvement initiatives.Prior experience in a senior leadership role such as Director or Vice President is preferred.Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, governance, and community engagement strategies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and build lasting partnerships.
