Certified Technician - Carpet Cleaning and Water Mitigation

Job Summary We are seeking a Certified Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration Technician. The ideal candidate will have the physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment, and standing for extended periods, a strong commitment to cleanliness, able to follow instructions, and thrive in an ever-changing fast paced environment. This role involves providing both high-quality carpet cleaning services and water mitigation for both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment Manage water mitigation equipment; set up, monitoring, and take down Conduct thorough inspections Maintain and operate cleaning and drying equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards during all cleaning processes. Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used. Requirements Must have a clean driving record. Must pass a background check. Must pass a drug screening. Previous experience in carpet cleaning and water mitigation. Ability to operate various types of cleaning and drying equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.
