Despite its extensive expertise, the firm maintains a personable and client-focused approach.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Cleveland, Ohio. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with case management. Daily responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, as well as organizing case files, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring timely submissions to courts. Accuracy, a proactive work ethic, and strong organizational skills are integral to this role.QualificationsExperience with Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewStrong Legal Research skills and a thorough understanding of legal processesProficiency in drafting and managing Pleadings and MotionsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesA detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracyProficiency in legal case management software and research toolsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or paralegal certificationPrior experience in litigation or immigration law is highly preferred
