Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance for receipt of all required documents for all students enrolled full time, assisting the Principal with daily operations and procedures, supervising all enrollment, EMIS, and attendance issues, and steping in administratively when neccessary or when the principal is out. This position will be located in Cleveland, OH, address pendiingQualifications: Education / Certifications:Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree (prefered)High School Dipolma or equivalentExperience:3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceOffice experience with a focus on recordkeeping with experience in maintenance of student records in a public school enviroment (preferred)Required Knowldege, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Demonstrated passion for supporting and serving students. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Active listening skills with the ability to respond thoughtfully and appropriately. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively. Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to quickly learn and navigate student information systems and other district-specific software programs. Ability to operate standard office equipment (computer, printer, copier, telephone, etc.).Responsibilities and Duties:Assist parents in completing Enrollment forms and ensure Cumulative Record folders are completed according to state and school requirements.Communicate effectively with Parents and Central Administration via email, telephone, fax and in person in a professional manner. Assist with reports for the school, faxes or email reports to Central administration in Lewisville. Ensure timesheets are completed daily and faxed to Central Administrative offices prior to each payday. Gather and fax all new hire paperwork and insurance enrollment forms to the Central Administration. Administration for all new employees. Ensure curriculum order is compiled and faxed to Central Administration Maintain Student Attendance Records and fax these to the PEIMS coordinator Become familiar with the district's registration process. Ensure appropriate enrollment forms are completed and faxed to the PEIMS coordinator in a timely manner Tracks students who leave or withdraw from the school and ensure appropriate documentation of leaver codes Greet visitors to the school determines the nature of the business and direct visitors to the destination Talk with student encountering problems and resolve problems or direct student to teacher or Principal Compile transcripts for students Attend district functions and meetings as needed, including those outside of regular work hours.
