Our client is looking for a Senior Manager, Change Management to join their team! This is a 40 hr/week, 6 month hybrid role in the Denver, CO metro area (4 days onsite mandatory, 1 day remote). There is strong potential for this role to extend. As a Senior Manager, Change Management, you will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives for new business processes, systems, job roles and organizational structures are successful. You will be focused on the people side of change, by working to reduce employee resistance to change and increase the speed of adoption of new behaviors needed for change initiatives to be successful. You will deliver best in class change management practices that are integrated with business plans in a systematic and rigorous way. \ Need Candidates that are willing to go above and beyond with client first mentality. Effective communicator - written and verbal. The candidate will be working senior leaders, cross functional partners and client facing employees. Responsibilities/Qualifications: - Supporting change management efforts related to cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives. - 5-10 years experience- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel- Strong ability to work cross functionally - Executive level communication experience- Advocating change management strategies that help guide and support people through the change process, including impact analysis, readiness assessment, and sponsor roadmaps. - Driving the design, development, delivery and management of change communications and training. - Owning change coordination activities, status reporting, roadmap planning, and additional change infrastructure elements that help motivate change consistency. - Cultivating relationships with project team members, partners, and leaders to implement change plans, resolve issues, and handle resistance. - Coaching senior leaders to act as change sponsors. - Monitoring progress of change plans, collecting feedback, evaluating results and adjusting plans as needed.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
