This role involves coordinating patient care, performing utilization review, and ensuring appropriate care planning within an acute care hospital environment. The RN Case Manager will work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care plans, review medical necessity, and ensure efficient use of healthcare resources.
