Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and assembly of materials for production Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Support machine operators in their daily tasks Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times Conduct quality checks on products and report discrepancies Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals Assist in loading and unloading materials Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Entry-level position, no prior experience required Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and teamwork ability Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
