Physical Therapist

Gifford Medical Center is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Physical Therapist to work with our experienced and skilled inpatient rehabilitation team. This position will work primarily with our inpatient departments to provide#care to our acute and transitional care patients with the goal of a successful discharge. The successful candidate will work with team members with varied backgrounds in evaluation and treatment skills that treat a wide spectrum of patient diagnoses. Clear and confident communication skills are necessary with rehabilitation members, medical providers, case managers and patient#s families.##Building strong patient rapport and providing excellent customer service is essential.# This position will primarily be weekend, holiday and vacation coverage.## Gifford Health Care offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
