Senior Property Manager – Retail Assets (Commercial Real Estate Focus)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail assets. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in commercial retail property operations, financial performance, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of maximizing asset value, driving NOI growth, and executing best-in-class property management practices across retail environments.Important RequirementThis position is strictly focused on commercial retail real estate. Only candidates with direct experience managing retail assets will be considered. Experience limited to multifamily, mixed-use (non-retail dominant), or unrelated property types will not be considered.
