Construction Worker

Job Overview LHL Construction is seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks to support our projects and ensure their successful completion. Work shifts are Monday-Thursday ; 10 Hour shifts with opportunity for overtime. Pay range is $18.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities - Assist in loading and unloading materials - Operate and care for construction equipment and machines - Help with setting up and cleaning construction sites - Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks - Collaborate with skilled workers to complete projects in a timely manner - Maintain a safe and clean work environment Requirements - Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions - Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools - Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team - High school diploma or equivalent is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 10 hour shift 4x10 Experience: Construction: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
