Software Implementation Project Manager

Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently looking for a Software Implementation Project Manager to join our Activation Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex Software Implementation projects from conception to completion, with a focus on managing billable hours and financials and communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders.You will be responsible for driving project strategy, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and full delivery, while ensuring the project remains within budget, meets financial goals, and maximizes billable hours.What You’ll DoCreate and execute the project plan, including scope, budget, and timelinesIdentify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomeDevelop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and project dashboardsCommunicate project progress to stakeholders and leadership teamBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project successDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project lifecycleEnsure adherence to project management methodologies and processes, including agile methodologyEnsure compliance with regulatory and legal requirementsManage billable hours and financials to ensure projects remain within budget, meet financial goals, and maximize billable hours.
