## Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall success of the organization.
## Duties
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
- Utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro and ADP to streamline HR processes and data management
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process for key positions within the organization
- Provide guidance on human capital management, including talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Lead negotiations on employee relations matters and facilitate conflict resolution
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as UltiPro and ADP
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- In-depth knowledge of human capital management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data for decision-making purposes
