You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth store operations.What You'll Do Store Leadership & OperationsSupport the General Manager in overseeing daily store operationsLead shifts and manage the sales floor, including retail, cash wrap, and café areasEnsure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and brand presentationMonitor sales and labor to help meet business goalsServe as the point of contact during manager absencesGuest ExperienceModel exceptional customer service and resolve escalated guest concernsMaintain product knowledge, including ingredients and allergen awarenessCreate a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guestsTeam Support & DevelopmentHelp with scheduling, training, and onboarding new team membersCoach and support team members to drive performance and engagementPartner with management on employee relations matters as neededAdministrative & SystemsUse POS systems (such as MICROS) to manage transactions and reportingCommunicate effectively with internal teams (HR, payroll, IT, etc.)Support inventory, merchandising, and operational processesWhat We're Looking For Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environmentsPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and team-building skillsAbility to stay organized and manage multiple prioritiesComfort working in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with POS systems is a plusRequirements Must be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredWorking Conditions Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the storeAbility to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 poundsMay require occasional travel to other store locationsWhy Join Us?
