Zimbrick BMW/MINI Sales Assistant

What You'll DoPrepare and process buyers guides and required documentation for all pre-owned vehiclesUtilize tools to write accurate and compelling vehicle descriptions for online listings Perform data entry and maintain inventory records across internal systems Create and hang vehicle window stickers and price tags Support inventory merchandising - ensuring vehicles are properly staged and presented on the lot and online Serve as a Product Genius / Technology Specialist - learning BMW and MINI vehicle features to assist customers and the sales team with product knowledge and delivery Provide general administrative support to the Used Car Department as needed.What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent written communication skills (vehicle descriptions, customer-facing content) Comfortable with technology - able to learn dealership software and digital tools quickly Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Interest in the automotive industry a plus; BMW/MINI product knowledge not required - we'll train you Prior administrative, retail, or customer service experience preferred-Ability to drive manual transmission a plusWhat We Offer Competitive hourly wageFull-time scheduleHealth, dental, and vision benefits Paid time offProfessional development and brand training through BMW and MINI A supportive team environment at a well-established, family-owned dealershipEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
