Assistant Kitchen Manager

Zeppe’s is a rock n’ roll themed pizzeria and Tavern that has been in business since 1986. We provide an energetic and fun atmosphere where passion meets quality, and we are seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help spread our enthusiasm and values with our guests. The Assistant Kitchen Manager must have the ability to organize and manage a high-volume business during peak hours. Candidates should have a friendly personality, strong leadership skills, be organized, computer proficient and have a positive attitude. Candidates should have back of the house experience with a minimum of 2years restaurant experience. We are looking for someone who is committed to the service industry who thrives in this type of atmosphere and enjoys this lifestyle. Opportunities exist for advancement in this growing company. This is a hands on leadership role. Candidate must be able to work days, evenings and some weekends.Responsibilities include:Overseeing daily kitchen operationsRunning kitchen shifts, scheduling, training, and managing staffEnsuring compliance with safety and health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe work environmentMaintaining cost of goods and cost of labor
