You will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to maintain the premises, equipment, and systems in optimal condition.Duties:Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and electrical troubleshooting.Utilize technical skills in areas such as reading schematics, working with logic controllers, and utilizing CMMS.Perform facilities maintenance including repairs, painting, welding, and other tasks as needed.Supervise external contractors when necessary to ensure work is completed to standards.Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, visitors, and colleagues.Requirements:Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and understand manuals.Experience in electrical systems, residential painting, welding, or related fields is preferred.Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is advantageous.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Intersect Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity.
