Job Summary Weekend Float Guide / Wellness Attendant Easy Float – Denver, CO (S. Pearl St.) Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Part-Time Easy Float is a wellness-focused float and contrast therapy studio in Denver offering sensory deprivation float tanks, fire & ice therapy, and recovery experiences. We are looking for a grounded, reliable, and friendly team member to join us for our busy weekend shifts. About the Role This position is perfect for someone who loves health, wellness, recovery, and creating calm, intentional spaces. This is perfect for college students, that want to work, and have the flexibility to do homework in between floaters. Responsibilities Give first-time float orientations Selling Memberships Clean and reset float rooms, saunas, and cold plunges Maintain a calm, spa-like atmosphere Light laundry and studio upkeep Answer phones and book appointments Support guests throughout their experience Creating social media post What We’re Looking For Dependable and punctual (weekend consistency is key) Warm, welcoming personality Detail-oriented and takes pride in cleanliness Comfortable working independently Interest in wellness, recovery, or holistic health is a plus Customer service experience preferred Schedule Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM(21 hours per week) Compensation Competitive hourly pay Commission for selling membership Free floats and cold plunge sauna visits Discounts for friends and family members Calm, positive work environment If you love creating meaningful experiences and want to work in a peaceful, wellness-centered space, we’d love to meet you.
