My Learning Studio is seeking an enthusiastic Studio Manager-in-Training for our Riverside location. This is more than an office position, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exciting learning environment where children of all ages can grow, learn, and succeed. Every day you’ll interact with students, parents, tutors, teachers, and community partners while developing the skills to become our next Studio Manager. Schedule Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Bonus: We are closed during major school breaks, including Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and Spring Break Your Training & Responsibilities During your first six months, you’ll receive comprehensive training in every area of studio operations, including: · Student scheduling and front desk operations · Greeting families and answering questions · Tutor support and supervision · Payroll and accounting · Accounts receivable · Enrichment program coordination · Office administration · Customer service · Community outreach and marketing · Assisting with nonprofit programs, fundraising, and grant writing You’ll become a key member of our leadership team and provide support in each department whenever needed. Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience) · Minimum of three years of professional work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) · Experience working with children and families · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems · Experience preparing presentations, reports, and business correspondence · Accounts receivable experience · Strong organizational and time management skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in any of the following is a plus: · Education or child development · Nonprofit management · QuickBooks and payroll · Website updates and design · Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Yelp) · Marketing and community outreach · Fundraising and grant writing · Volunteer recruitment and coordination · Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation Pay: $18.00–$22.00 an hour (pay based on experience) This position offers a clear career path with the opportunity to advance into the role of Studio Manager.
