You have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach.A Primary Care NP/PA opportunity on our team can offer you: 100% Outpatient Schedule ? Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm) Time with your patients ? hour-long (initial) and typically, 40 to 45-minute-long appointments Minimal Call Occurrence-Based Malpractice Insurance Collaborative, Care Team approach Excellent Annual Earnings with up to a 20% bonus 401(k) with Excellent Match Comprehensive Health Benefit plan that starts from Day 1 18 days PTO, 5 days Flex PTO, 9 days Holiday, plus more 5 days CME + stipend Generous Relocation Assistance Total compensation package (base pay + bonus) could exceed $300K depending on experience Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain) Current, unrestricted DEA license
