Traveling Superintendent - Solar & Renewable Energy

Our client is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to support utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects across multiple states. This role is responsible for leading on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget while managing field teams and subcontractors.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for large-scale solar projectsOversee subcontractors, field crews, and site staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are metManage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to keep projects on trackSupport and enforce all safety programs and ensure compliance with site requirementsCoordinate with project managers and participate in client and project meetingsRequirementsExperience supervising construction projects as a Superintendent, Site Manager, or similar field leadership roleExperience working on solar, renewable energy, or large-scale industrial/commercial projects preferredProven ability to manage multi-million-dollar construction projects in a field environmentStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsWillingness to travel and work on-site for the duration of projects across multiple statesWhy Join Our ClientThis is an opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects across the country.
