This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people and has a strong knowledge of sewing, fabrics, and yardage. As part of our in-store team, you’ll help customers find the perfect materials for their projects, provide guidance and recommendations, and step in at the sales counter when needed.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and positive experience.Help customers match fabrics and provide sewing-related guidance.Support the sales counter with transactions, returns, and customer inquiries.Maintain an organized, clean, and inspiring store environment.Collaborate with team members to keep store operations running smoothly.Qualifications:Previous customer service or retail experience required.Sewing knowledge (yards, fabrics, and trims) strongly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail setting.Reliable, with full Sunday availability.Schedule & Compensation:Store hours are Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Full-time Competitive hourly pay, based on experience.
