Butler Tibbetts is seeking a promising litigation associate to join its growing commercial litigation practice at the firm’s Southport, CT office. This position is well-suited for a newly admitted attorney who is passionate about the law, committed to producing excellent legal work, and eager to develop their skills in a substantive, hands-on environment.The firm’s practice encompasses complex commercial litigation with a concentration in healthcare law, managed care, and ERISA matters. Associates work in close collaboration with experienced partners, gaining direct exposure to sophisticated cases and meaningful client work early in their careers. Recent graduates sitting for one or both bars are encoruaged to apply and will be considered.• Genuine interest in healthcare law, managed care, or ERISA.• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.• A collaborative, professional disposition with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.CompensationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a good-faith estimate, and the final offer will reflect the candidate’s bar admission status, experience, and expected contributions to the firm.
