Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in West Lafayette, IN, for a Chauffeur at Reindeer Shuttle. The Chauffeur will be responsible for operating vehicles to transport passengers safely and promptly, ensuring a positive travel experience. Day-to-day tasks include route navigation, vehicle inspection and maintenance checks, and providing excellent customer service to passengers during their journey. Other responsibilities include collaborating with the operations team to adhere to schedules and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications Proficiency in operating vehicles, including familiarity with truck or transportation operations.Demonstrated skills in customer service and ensuring passenger satisfaction during their travel experience.Understanding of transportation systems, including truckload shipping and efficient route planning.Experience in operations management, ensuring timely and safe transitions between locations.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules.Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
